Immobilized by CKD pain from too many PTSD meds

That bad pdoc who gave me too much Seroquel for PTSD and ruined my kidneys is on my mind today.  Today the nerve damage from the CKD is really bad.  I had a couple of good days earlier this week that were a blessing.  Today's not one of them.  I'll have support to offer tomorrow, I hope.  Tonight, support welcome.

a recurring theme i have noted closely in peer support is how often the courage to speak up during our moments of greatest suffering offers more support than the wisest advice giver on the loftiest of plateaus. i bet that "bad pdoc" was (is?) a great advice giver.

Have you talked to a kidney doc lately to see if there is anything that you can take that can help you?

They come out with new things all the time..... What about physio?

Puma purrs, amigo. I lost my left leg a bit last night due to my pinched nerve and when it came back, I was quite willing ot let sensation remain lost.

Thanks, y'all. Again, your faithful support when this happens on and off really helped me endure the pain. And today I feel less pain again as I ride the ups and downs of this Chronic Kidney Disease. You're the best.

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
