I find that it is almost impossible to get a friend who accepts this illness i have. Everyone seems to scatter when an attack get me in its hold. I dont know exactly how to act or what to do to have other ppl accept me ill and in good health.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Well, good morning to you!Today is National Roller Coaster Day. Are any of you going? It's also National Tell-A-Joke Day! Come up with some and share!I'm not bright with jokes these days, but I'll start:"Today I ordered a chicken and an egg from Amazon...I'll let you know." :D

If someone says something that has a profound effect on my thinking, a new way of looking at a situation that brings some clarity, I might message or send a hug as a thank you or acknowledgement that they turned some gears for me.
We also have a journal option here that you can set to privacy levels that you are comfortable with. Open ones may give you some good ideas from others on re framing a situation or just hugs and support as you sort your thoughts.
Then there are posts that you can tell there is a lot of hurt coming out of the poster on, or they have had an epiphany a change on thinking...I send various hugs for those too, also to respondents that I feel helped the posting person sort out something.
Virtual hugs are freely given and can brighten your day when least expected.
Note, some who out of the blue ask for personal contact or information to contact you off the board, is not normal. But if you get to know someone well like them, you can use messaging for more individual contact. Some times they become a friend in a very real sense, regardless of the miles, the sharing is a mutual choice.
I have a strong belief.... now. It took awhile to get to here. But I also use music and have been given music in posts that help that gear changing. 5 years ago I was hiding in my basement covering my ears in total fear of answering the door.
Here's one.
Strong enough, Matthew West.
