This is very good. I especially like the tribalism and community portion of the conversation, I have often thought this way. The dynamic is incredible and yes villagers and isolation. It speaks volumes in regards to human social interaction and society.

I was not impressed with her, but I absolutely liked what you had to say.. very much. Thanks again for sharing.

Thanks, Deli. I emailed the radio show host and canceled for Tuesday, though. My flu has started a secondary infection, a barking cough, such that I couldn't get through an interview without an on air coughing attack. Oh, well.

Back to DavidRock's interview, though, it was great. That tribalism thing is something I've seen other places, too. It's kind of what allows good people to surrender to mob rule. Very insightful.

I just finished the radio interview 15 mins ago! It turned out not to be so much about Pres. Mujica and his being out of the closet about his PTSD and more about Uruguay in general. There's no recording for me to post like you did, DavidNRock. But I'm glad I listened to your interview, because I kind of adopted your tone and got by OK. Whew!

Thank you for sharing your story. I've dealt with similar HOA situations on a much smaller level. I can't even imagine what you have been through. Stay strong! {HUGS}
