I do also know how bad it is when your sleeping patterns are really messed up and that affects everything you do. My sleeping patterns are really out of synch and leave me feeling like I am not in this world, like I could just remain awake, " walking dead" if that makes sense.
Just take one day at a time and try and think of something positive to focus on in your life. All the best
this panic attack..Major butterflies in my stomach. Go figure !! I force myself out of bed and take my dog for a walk . Just getting out of my apartment helps. We just take a long walk. I also swim laps and force myself to do 30 minutes of cardio ...Cleaning out all the adrenalin built up in my brain...After a major PTSD attack I can't get out of bed until the afternoon for days and then when I am up I find it hard to concentrate on anything but it is never permanent . That is what I focus on when I have these attacks...that it will subside eventually. I try to cherish the good moments. Hope you feel better. Life happens and we just have to deal with it. Namaste
