Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

You can just start "talking" as in posting about what's on your mind. You're more likely to get a response that way.
Usually people talk on the main boards a bit first so that people can get to know you. This is a peer to peer support group. Which means that we've all got our own stuff going on too. We've all got varying levels of comfort with talking in pm with someone that we don't even know yet.
Beyond that, it's come as you are. Share as much as you feel comfortable sharing. No rules that you have to put your private issues on the main boards, and no rules that you can't.
