How do you all make ends meet?

Hi peeps,
I'm very frustrated at the moment. I have had a bad time the last few months and it has affected my work. I'm in sales, not to toot my own horn but I am actually quite good at my job. Problem is with the bad time I was going through it involved a lot of disassociation. It was almost like I checked out. I don't remember conversations, emails, meetings. Most of all my sales are down due to lack of ability.
My question for all of you is how do you make ends meet? My therapist keeps saying "you just have to work through".
What if it's not a choice and your brain betrays you and shuts off?
Any insight would be great I am so tired and stressed.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Hugs. Somehow I keep making it, but the stress can be killer.
Be easy on yourself.
like an `easy off' for the therapist.
myself, i am on disability, and work part-time doing horticulture/ landscaping. low-stress and the only clients i deal with in the day are the fauna, trees, and shrubs i'm planting. and we get along just fine. hehe
sorry you're struggling.
Is mixing it up possible for you at your work? After all, today's audiences and their attention spans need a good mix anyway. So I take advantage of that for their sake and for mine, and it works for me.
