people want to kill themselves in my life and I feel like it's my fault.. I want to die..one friend already did..

I don't think it's your fault. I am sorry to hear about your friend. People make up their minds and I don't think any one person controls the actions of another. hugs.

Don't do it. If you do, you will miss out on all the amazing possibilities of your life. Everyone I know who thought of it or tried it and survived is glad they did. You only have to live through one minute at a time - you can do that.

And if it's to punish the people who hurt you, living well is the best revenge.

I'm sorry you're struggling. Honestly, support groups are okay for a lot of things, but if you really, really are asking for help, my advise is to ask the professionals. They can do more in 10 minutes than I could ever do over the internet, and they're trained.

Reach out to your doctor, get a referral to a good shrink and therapist

Please do not say you can't go on. there is always a reason to go on. sometimes i feel like that and then I see my kids and realize I have them to live for.

i'm glad you are still here. i hope you can stay. i read what you wrote about how hard it is for you at home right now. i'm so sorry for how much you are hurting. i hope you can feel good about coming here and talking to us.

i know, a lot of us are grownups, but we understand about this kind of pain. we understand how much it can help to talk to each other about things.

that's why we come here. we come here because other people who haven't been through traumatic things couldn't understand us the same way we can.
