I really think guided imagery is helpful. I like Belleruth Naparstak and she has some PTSD related videos on YouTube. I really liked the one she did for Depression, but can't find that one. I visualized my "happy place" as my college library with the comfy chairs.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

i really hope you feel better....take good care.

I think my happy place of the day might be on the "Widow's Walk" in Fort Defiance State Park. From there I can watch the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. It ain't much to look at on the surface, but the undercurrents are among the most powerful in the world.
I wish you would post more, ds. High fiber chews. . . Thank you.
I loved your version of a happy place! :-)
