Finally, a good CKD day this week!  I got the break I asked for last time I posted about my pain walking!  I walked 3.8km, and I walked some of it without a cane!  It's so good for my PTSD when my related CKD pain recedes!


Thank y'all for supporting me through a tough week.  I wanted to be sure to share the GOOD NEWS with you, too!  :-)

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
