Fighting Depression and Failing

A week and a half ago my parents freaked out on me for doing what they told me to do and it caused a depression that quickly spiralled. The first thing that went was my appetite. I haven't been able to force myself to eat since Thurs of last week so I'm sitting on 10 days and I can seriously feel it but can't stop it. I know if I go ask them for help they'll just freak out more and it'll just get worse. I don't know how to hold on any more and being under their umbrella is hard. All I am to them is a problem causing burden and they have said it more times that I care to count. I want out but my son wouldn't understand why his mom is gone and isn't coming back.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

whacha doing about it? eating, alone, would solve part of it. in my own case, starvation is more physical than psych depression.
steadying support while you figure it out, presh.
just wondering here. . . would your parents be willing to care for your son while you live elsewhere and work to get your life together? just wondering.
I hope that yiu're seeing your pdoc
If you aren't up to solid food right now I would push fluids
Drinks like Ensure, Boost etc are really high in nutrition and there's several brands
Soups, juice
