Thank you, thank you, thank you! For your support! I love DS and you guys! I am slowing starting to get up and fight again against depression, ptsd and anxiety. Today I got up and did not feeling like doing anything but I decided to wash all the bedding, vacuum and do the dishes. Once I got up and started doing things I felt better. I even walked out the mailbox with the dog, he appreciated it because he has been missing his walk. Later my mom dropped by and we went to a small shop to look around.
When I got home, I slept for 30 minutes, I was exhausted. It is amazing to me how much the struggle with this stuff exhausts me. Anyway, I did not do much tonight, but that is ok. I am thrilled with what I did today and that I am fighting back against the sitting around doing nothing and sleeping.
Tomorrow I am going to paint. Off topic, I noticed something about me. When I am not feeling well, I am so much more creative and so much more talented with my photography, painting and drawing. When I am feeling well, my eye for the perfect picture is not a good, and I actually struggle to paint or draw. Weird eh? Does that make any sense at all? Anyway, tomorrow I am going to try and do some painting. I have a project I want to work on.
While I was not feeling well this time, I come up with an idea to do a photo shoot for a couple causes. I don't know if I will do them, but I thought about doing a photo shoot called the faces of mental health. I thought this would have people volunteer to do a video and photo shoot about their mental health diagnosis and the impact on their lives. It would cover the various mental health issues and would be filmed and photographed at local libraries. I also thought if this worked I could do one on the homeless etc. I am not sure what I would do with this it or why I would do it. I am not sure I will even do it, it is a huge committement and I don't do committement well.

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Pierre did not win a lot of friends. When the war ended, quite quickly he was tried...

And your idea about creating a project for the mentally ill and the homeless sounds just amazing...but go easy on yourself..again,for the place i am currently in,you are truly an inspiration.
