Feel like I'm losing it sometimes

I feel at times that I'm losing my mind my sister was a drug addict and was clean on and off I lived with her the day before she passed she used and we argued and the next day in the morning I found her on the floor passed away we never got to make up and I feel guilty about that and the fact that I was in the next room and didn't hear anything and couldn't save her I relive that day and think if something I could have done differently. my sister and I had issues we didn't get to work them out I had dealt with her drug use and other things for years since my parents had passed I lived with her because of my anxiety and social anxiety my brother has been staying with me but now he's going away and I'm worried about my future now yes I'm 36 years old and should be able to just live alone but I have problems dealing with others sometimes. Sorry if this is long just needed to vent

How cool is that? Your best bet is to be in the UK or norhtern Spain, where totality is excellent before sundown. Me, I'll get a super duper tiny itty bitty slice of it, so little that it won't be noticeable. New...

I was 21. My sister, who abused me and didn't care about her health condition, was 26 when she died. We never really reconciled or got along, and it still bugs me, and I'm now pushing *50*.... That alone is tough.
"Should" is a nasty word. I *should* many things. Doesn't mean it's rational to expect it, if that makes sense.
Puma support.
Support & gentle hugs to you
I completely understand about not dealing with others very well. I'm the same.
If your sister's situation was anything similar, there's no way it was your fault. I'm just so sorry instead that you're going through the loss I'm seeing that my students' families are going through now, too. Lots of support to you. Keep venting.
