This is just my point of view on fear.
I am tired of being told that my fears are unreasonable. Just because there is little chance of them happening or happening again dose not make them unreasonable.
My fears are equal to wearing a seat belt while driving. In my 45 years of life I have rarely been in an accident, and never more then a fender bender, yet I still wear my seat belt.
It's all about the possibility of harm, not the frequency, therefore I no longer feel bad about having my fears, and even appreciate them like I do my seat belt.

I waited for the green arrow to make a left turn and BAM. he blew the red light. He was going 70 mph. My head broke the driver's side window and then my face went down into the airbag and my knees up into the dashboard. They thought I broke both legs (thankfully I didn't.) When I opened my eyes, I heard a gunshot and cops swarmed the other guy's vehicle. He was being chased by the police and I was the lucky person who ended it. But the DRIVER was the one who ended something else: his own life. He had a sawed off shotgun in his car (and was suicidal before the whole chase). I am walking, talking, LIVING, 15 minutes of fame that this shit happens! LOL.
