so i was lying in bed last night,(well,just a few hours ago,i got to sleep around 11:30,and it's now 3:12 AM..) and i was overcome with incredible fear..of?
i'm not sure what.of simply the dark? of someone breaking in? it was like i ended up just looking for reasons for it,and then i could find things to be afraid of,and then i think my OCD took over and i was just afraid of something terrible happening...or,combination of OCD and PTSD...?
Does this happen to any of you?
Heart and breath were....stuck.Stuck in Fear. Wasn't pleasant at all...

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

My decades of therapy have barely put a dent in the rate of occurrence. The theory I subscribe to is that the hyphae run too deep and wide in my psyche to expect eradication. I have, however, grown a substantial awareness of the experience. Plying therapy tools at the first wave of the nag flag minimizes the collateral damage.
Still sucks, though. Both figuratively and literally. It is as draining on my physical system as it is on my psychic system. Equally sorry you can relate.
And yes,it really is draining...sorry you experience it as well..

Novembergirl-That's interesting...i have epilepsy and suffer from migraines as well...i've not seen my neuro in a long time.i had a sleep study done,but they didn't tell me anything i didn't know already...they were quite useless in fact.
