Failed - not in a good place Tw

I cancelled an appointment that I have tomorrow because I just can’t be touched. I’m just not in a good place mentally & to be touched & talk about my injuries & attacks. I just can’t do it this week.
I have to reschedule & some of these doctors what do I tell them ? I’ve had to reschedule a couple times because I can’t be touched, its not just painful physically it’s emotionally triggering. How do I talk to them about how my jaw & neck & shoulder hands ribs everything everything else that’s there’s too many too name got injured & how fucked up I am
Not really in a good place mentally at all lately
I’m supposed to go to trauma therapy on Thursday & scared to do that too
I feel weak & want to escape
I watched a movie & it was a little too close to some stuff for me & maybe that’s triggering something also ? I really don’t know
There’s a million triggers rite now, I don’t know what the f is wrong with me
broken & alone & scared of people

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

So all my appointments for this week are rescheduled & give myself a week to try to get it together & go back in next week for another try

We are here for you. One day at a time. For now you woke up this morning and got out of bed to have breakfast and use the restroom and for that I am proud of you.
With regards to what the doctors will think I don't think that he/she will be surprised at all.....Teeth grinding is or jaw clenching is a pretty regular sign of stress....
You can always write a note to give the doctor before you go and simply hand it to him if you're uncomfortable talking about it...…
Take good care of you.... xo
you cant tell law enforcement or they will report you maybe and you could be held for three days or longer also remember that law enforcement is involved so if one of them hears they can make it worse
If you go to the appointment and let the Dr. know that they can't touch you but you showed up anyhow. Would that help you?
You are the one in charge and they work for you.
You can leave at any time during an appointment.
Would taking someone with you help?
There may be more options other than going or not going.
Wow, was my psychiatrist ticked off in court on Monday. It nearly made the whole ordeal worthwhile to hear him rip everybody a new one saying I was just as sane as anybody in that courtroom and that they were the crazy ones if they thought treating somebody like that was helping their PTSD from abuse. So what you say is true, greggg, and yet there has been a post-apocalyptic chapter for me in that my psychiatrist and I have been closer than ever and I found the right place to talk about coping with PTSD safely--here.
