My chronic sinus infection's 13 now...it's a teenager.
It's getting worse again and I am having fatigue issues.
I just was noticing how MANY of us have stuff that, one way or another, causes exhaustion.
Funny how that works, isn't it?

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Yeah, fatigue is in the air...
Purrs and healing to you.
I swear by the neil med sinus saline solution. I can tell when I don't use it.
I have slept the last 2 days away and i'm kina thankful of that as i'm not feeling so good atm mentally.Usually this kind of fatigue would scare me into the "whats wrong" thinking but just thankful today.
I hope that sinus infection goes away for you real soon and you start getting energy back.....
I don't think my sense of humor is that sophisticated. :-\
Another home remedy you available for sinus infection is a rosemary steam. Boil a few good sized rosemary branches in a pan of water and put a towel over you head over the pan of rosemary and breath. Rosemary is a natural astringent. Scrub those sinuses clean with gentle ease.
Sinus trouble....hmmmm....thinking....
Ok...I have sinus issues frequently...probably because I am allergic to fur and dust. I have lots of both.
I have actually used excedrine migraine ( any brand will do) Maybe it is the aspirin in it. Asprin helps with inflammation. If you can take it.
Today in my second class at the community college I had one of the students be rude and hostile. I've got a thick skin from years as a hospital chaplain at a big city emergency room. I was so tired, though, that I was just disgusted with the juvenile behavior. That even though the student is, well, a juvenile and it's par for the course that someone's going to act their shoe size and not their age. It was more about my exhaustion than about the student that an hour of the student's stink eye in class bugged me.
Then my last class of the day was AWESOME. I was so tired by the end I had to use my cane again (grrr), but one of the students stayed behind and walked me to my CAR. How can one member of the same generation be such a butthead in the a.m. and another member be such an angel in the p.m.?
Then I got home, and a guy at the last church where I spoke sent me the coolest letter to my house US Mail saying I was very "genuine" when I visited his church. Along with the letter came a Grateful Dead CD. I've never heard them, but now I'm gonna give them a whirl.
Ya never know where being tired might take ya.
Hugs to every tired soul here. Thank goodness I have friends here who can speak about being tired, too.
I'm doing aromatherapy with oil, too. Loved coming home to it today.
I hope everyone is getting some much needed rest. It has been a long winter where I am and so we are still awaiting spring. I hope at least some of you are getting some beautiful spring days. Ours are coming yippie. Hugs all
I unfortunately managed to accidentally plug my last one into 220 when visiting Mr Crazypants...thought I had the converter plugged into the 2 adapters and extension cord...nope.
Even the water-pik does not get all of it out, it lurks in the frontals ( behind the eyebrows) and seems not to be willing to leave for any amount of antibiotics.
More surgery needed. Take more stuff out of my head.
