I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
"There lays a man who loved life, he loved it so much he forgot he was not the only one in it.There lays a Malignant Narcissist."
Then i would walk to his coffin and throw some cow shit on him and add "This is for me and all the animlas u abused".....
Since everyone there is gonna be ranchers that's a "nice" touch.
I'd walk out with my head held high.
This might be a hard thing for you to do, but healing.
If this book is done for your personal healing, you should be free to write whatever you feel can be said to the person you talk of.
My question is: does this book get read by others, or does it stay private?
It makes a huge difference as to how I would write "so and so" eulogy.
What can people say about someone who is just plain evil?
the book is not intended for others to read, although sometimes people use in in therapy so they might share it with the therapist......personally, the only way I would even consider doing the book is with a therapist, becasue I find that there is a ton in it that is very very triggering, and I have been told by my therapist & other survivors that a lot of people find that to be the case...
....not knocking the book bc there is quite a bit about it that is good and can be healing, but I would really hesitate to recommend it to survivors unless they already have some healing done and also are willing to use in in therapy or along with someone else who can help them stay safe while they are working thur it
