Does anyone else ride the emotional rollercoaster? First I am in a deep depresstion then I go into a high. I feel great. Then I go into a crash. This is over a course of several days. I take Paroxetine but it doesen't stop the cycles. Is it a PTSD thing or something else? If so what?

What changed was more talk therapy since PTSD comes from traumatic experiences in the world, and not from genetic chemistry as bipolar was explained to me.
You are not alone for sure.
