As in the 2nd week of April this year, neuropathy from Chronic Kidney Disease caused by a bad psychiatrist's overdosing me on PTSD meds has caused me a foot injury again. As happened then, I can't stand or walk, I'm in a wheelchair again. If I'm irregular here and there with my logging on here to DSPTSD, don't worry, I'll be back.
This time I'm prepared so I'm going back to the hotel I stayed in for food and lodging to recover better than in a hospital. It took a week to walk again last time. This time I'm shooting for 4 days. Support welcome.

My friend Sandra came over to be my angel and help my feet recover. After she rubbed the lidocaine on my Achilles heel yesterday it got better overnight. But as she did I noticed the ankle of that same foot smarted and asked her to rub some there, too. Just like when the Achilles tendon went Sat at 2am, that ankle woke me up at 3:30am with pain right there in that new spot on that ankle. Stupid feet. I put more lidocaine on it. Grrr. I was planning to check out of the hotel today and go back home but not so fast. Grrr.

Awright, my pulled Achilles tendon healed day before yesterday but I stayed laid up in this hotel in a wheelchair like a good boy after my CKD neuropathy from overprescribed PTSD meds caused a twisted ankle yesterday. NOW can I go home? We'll see if I can hobble around on my cane or not. It makes all the difference for me to be able to take the bus here in rural Mexico because they're not handicapped accessible. Access to bus for me is access to food. So I hope I can get on one today on my cane and go home.

I did walk again yesterday June 8 and go home again, y'all. Thank goodness!!! I'm so grateful!!!! I appreciate the support I got for that, like back in April. In April recovery took 7 days, this time 4. Maybe next time 3. :-)

I am BACK! 3 days ago I was in a wheelchair, but yesterday in aiming to walk at least 3km I walked 4.1km!! FOUR POINT ONE! Yay!!!
