My daughter wants to come and visit with my 4 grand children too. Most of the time when they come I get anxious pretty bad. It starts off ok but then anxiety comes in and then Icant handle things. i GET EMBARRASEED. kNOW ONE HAS EVER SEEN ME THIS WAY. sHE PROMISES SHE WILL GO FOR A RIDE AND GIVE ME A BREAK. OOPS
No one has really seen me cry. I have always been the strong one. Know one calls because they know I will make it. It sure would be great if people called to check up on me.

My therapist really knocked some sense into me last Friday about my spending. She said that there are needs and there are wants. She said that there is always going to be cheap stuff to buy, but do I need it? The answer is mostly "no". So today, I am taking back some things that I bought online at Kohl's, namely a 9 x 12 rug and a quilt for my bed. I also bought sheets that I don't need...
