i had the strangest, most intense dream last night. a man was searching for me, he was only going to come at night for me, i kept hiding in the house and using the dogs to let me know if he showed up. there was something abouth running through the backyard too. i can't really remember anything else.
any ideas as to what this may mean. i have a dream book, but i'm kinda afraid to look into it.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
When I feel a need to understand one of my own dreams, I look at which threads of my psyche it has tugged. Past? Present? Future? Work? Relationships? Personal security? Social? I do believe dreams can lead us to spots in need of healing and/or sorting. Sometimes it is worth the effort.
Or. . . Have you been watching or reading Thrillers?
So I guess that made me wonder if your dream was about feeling safe? Or not safe, because you had the guard dogs and stuff to protect your home
Nobody knows what dreams are tbh, somebody I know taught his kids that they are a window to the afterlife or spiritual realm or something.
So his daughter had a dream about a celebrity talking to her in the night and she was so chuffed on fb that this guy as a fact had had a chat with her
And I just laughed because dreams are just ideas whirling about your head.. I got psychotic and started worrying that all this weird spiritual stuff was going on, but it so wasn't!!!! I went so psychotic that I had a bit of a flashback dream and it felt so intense that I actually thought some kind of spiritual attack was taking place.... But no.... I was thinking about something unpleasant and having the matching feelings
I woke up so spazzed that someone had tried to attack me spiritually that the psychosis then progressed down the path of being attacked. And I ended up in hospital
Woke up from all the strange spiritual ideas of reality I had been learning about and thought what a load of nonsense!
Physical reality is all there is
Your safe in your bed dreaming, the story was about that tonight.
Maybe it has a meaning, if you decide it does it does I guess!!!? If you say it was just that cheese I had last night and a nonsense dream then that's the truth
Don't be asking people to predict it means something ominous now!
Do you know the power of belief can help or harm?
If you think that dream book is going to predict that dream means something nasty then do yourself a favour and don't read it!
I bet your super curious to know though!!!
Lol x
I mean I had a book that said if you dreamt if your teeth falling out that predicted ill health!
Wrong all my life I've had pretty good physical health!
Tbh honest I just try to avoid things I don't understand, I assume if I have an upsetting dream that I'm stressed in some way so wake up and comfort myself
Don't be letting your brain focus on the negative and scare the he'll o out of you!
The dream probably means little of consequence but your interpretation of it has the power to b send you on a downward spiral or an uphill one
I don't think I would try to be interpreting it though either sweetie.... I think it's simply a symptom of the disorder
There is medication that can help a great deal with this symptom if you're interested..... Big hug..... I hope you feel some peace soon......xo
