What is the one thing that you really love or that you are passionate about?


I have a real passion for chocolate cake. But not any chocolate cake it has to be moist, rich and decadent with fudge or chocolate whip cream icing. And..if it has Carmel in the center or on top of the chocolate fudge icing even better!

I need to send you to one of my besties. She makes salted caramel icing for my moist three-chocolate chocolate cake, and we collaborate on the filling (we experiment with flavors). :-)

The Dairy Queen in my little Appalachian town has been swamped at its drive through day after day with cars lining up for blocks. I went by for 4 days in a row with no success trying just to get what this puppy in the picture has: a simple vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I finally happened by at the right time yesterday between lunch time and dinner when the drive through wasn't so crowded. I was as happy as the dog in the picture, believe me!

AJ, I like to make pies too. Especially blackberry cobbler a family favorite.

Muji, I think we have a dairy queen in the next city over. We use to have several Coldstones but they all closed. So there are no real close ice cream stores near by. Only McDonalds and Wendy’s.
