Anyone missing their co-workers and social contact at work? I am retired, but miss my social time with my friends and volunteer colleagues.

I miss social contact in the casual way ----- I can't see if people smile anymore. It makes me feel sadder and lonelier to not see a smile, just masks. That's really creepy to me.

I also miss chatting casually with people.

I am not as introverted as I thought!

I think so many of us are missing the casual contacts, the faces, and real time get togethers. Unfortunately, for us seniors with underlying problems, caution is the key word. I focus on the progress on the vaccines. To me, that will be the game changer. Hugs.

I have been trying new things. Like Zoom get togethers, I am going to attempt to put a class on later this week and have movie night next week. It is certainly not perfect, but I am trying to connect with family, friends and students. Hugs everyone.

I am not a senior but i have a LOT of health issues and now they think either lymes or lupus on top of it all so high risk and really miss my friends i would see all the time
