What does DS mean to you? How long have you been a member?  Today is the final quarantine meme unless someone wants to take over. I am having knee replacement surgery and also going through physical Therapy and seeking safety classes. So for now I will be working on recovery so I will stop in when I can. Thank you for supporting these memes. Maybe when I can dedicate more time we can replace the memes with something fun and happy based on PTSD recovery. Best Wishes Everyone.

Wow DS is the bomb!!.... I came here in 2008 when I was caregiving my folks.... They both passed while I sought support on here

I care for them at home until the last week of my mom's life and then they were gone.... Really the hardest thing that I've ever gone through

I think it was traumatizing actually for me however at that time the Caregivers board was active and I made some great friends there

I left for a whilte afterwards and came back a few months later

Then got involved on the BP board.... I used to get called at times to the PTSD board and made friends on here.... I also had childhood trauma

DS has been a wonderful source of peer support for me and I have made awesome friendships

I have now been a CL for several years but I can't actually remember just when that started

I hope that your surgery goes really well Secouya..... Thank you for all of the inspiring memes

    Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
