Crippled Again by CKD from PTSD Meds
I wrote here 5 days ago about how a 2009 Seroquel overdose from a bad pdoc keeps advancing its damage on my kidneys like the kidney docs said it would. Like I said 5 days ago I know that I'm lucky for the 2009-2023 delay I've been able to pull off on its disabling me, and that I made it to retirement age in 2021 by fighting it every day with Daily Strength's help for 12 years.
But it's got me again today 5 days later like it had me September 6th. I mean Chronic Kidney Disease has GOT me today. :-(
I now know to be grateful for the 4 days in between when my CKD symptoms subsided. For those who don't know what they are, here's the description from WebMD:
"When your kidneys are damaged, waste products and fluid can build up in your body. That can cause swelling in your ankles, nausea, weakness, poor sleep, and shortness of breath. In diabetic CKD patients, small fibre neuropathy may result in burning and sharp pain."
It's scary, though, how it can vary one day to the next and come back on me so painfully. And because they're all processed via the kidneys, I can't take any pain meds, not even simple aspirin. Only Tylenol, which is liver-processed. Other than that I have to grit my teeth and bear it.
Support welcome for the Daily Strength for me to bear it today, as well as wishes for a better tomorrow with this.
Blessings, all.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
I’m sorry you’re hurting. I really hope for some better days for you. I’ve been having a pretty jacked up week with my pain stuff & ptsd too & I’m really hoping for some better days for the both of us
I will keep lighting candles for sure
Gentle hug <3
