Where oh where did my confidence go? So many fails before DX and put on disability. Now with limited income, still feel like failure. Walking to the front room makes me want to puke, as I am afraid someone will knock/and see me. Then can't avoid them. Everyone wants us to do things, but never $$ to do so. Then they get upset when we can't join.
Wish I shit money. Wish I were in a LOL mood, but just feeling sick about failures in my life. Afraid fostercare won't go through as we're always broke. Hmmmm don't want to jinx it or be negative, but it's my nature these days. Wish my spouse could find better paying job. When we met she BANKED! Lost that job (company bankrupt) and brings in 1/3 of what used too. It's frustrating and inferriating! I am not allowed to work anymore, per dr., so I must depend on her!
Anyone else get FROZEN IN FEAR AND FEEL SICK!???

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
i know it was very difficult for me to get used to being on disability - the idea of it was hard for me. i had some counseling that helped me; it made a big difference.
try to remember that resting is constructive - that you ARE doing something to help yourself when you are resting. i sometimes have a hard time actually resting. it is not easy stuff at all. (((hugs)))
"Everyone" that gets upset because you can't join, can offer to pay, or be understanding. I'm a "fixer" so please don't be frustrated as I ask with good intentions; if your doctor won't allow you to work, have you been able to look into the resources that will go with your condition?
I get that frozen in fear feeling with big changes. And I have a habit of feeling like a failure. Those symptoms have gotten better or lessened with time - over 5 years.
I'm sorry you're going through this.
Short answer: Yes, I am often frozen in fear and feel sick.
Hope healing happens here.
