Rain doesn't fall for the flowers in the Spring time

When it rains, it pours. My psychotherapy tool box has been getting a full scale workout. Not too much of it is about me, but I surely am affected. Deep breaths. . . Seems like every key player in my life -- from my beloved animals to the neighbors -- is undergoing some flavor of complex processing. They all seem to believe that they can come here to do their processing. I am just keeping the icebox well stocked in between the steps in my distilling and feather harvesting experiments.
This morning's meditation is focused on the tree branches against the predawn sky. A complex weave, indeed, made all the more complex by the electric shadows of the neighborhood security lights glaring up from below.
Sigh.
It would take a novella to tell all the yaddah blahs weaving through our urban homestead just now. Even if I was in the frame of mind to write a novella this morning, I am not confident I have a handle on it all. Just calling it, "Complex processing from a secure place."
Small steps, big faith and lots of prayer.
Just an update. . .

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Keep taking those small steps

Oddly enough, I think my personal boundaries and animal training are holding up just fine. I think. So far, at least?
It be the busted give-a-damn ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMn0Qr9jtyI ) that has been getting a work-out.
