Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Transitions suck. Transitions *are* stress. Lists of most stressful events always involve a transition, did you ever notice? I did, once. "Divorce" = transition. "Wedding" = transition. "illness' = transition. Moving = transition. It's just so hard to go from "one life" to "another life", at least that's how it feels to me.
Take it all a single breath at a time, okay? Just... one breath. Breathe it in. Breathe it out. Then another... Breathe in, breathe out.
Again, welcome and healing to you.
Be patient with the process, Jonathan. So far, all the quick fixes I have tried have carried devastating side effects. Gentle support while you sort. Easy does it. Sort freely. Sort often.
