I struggle living with a bad pdoc's decision a decade ago to overdo Seroquel for my PTSD nightmares. It ruined my kidneys and turned my daytimes into nightmares, too. Today the nerve damage from my Chronic Kidney Disease spread down both legs to electric shock pain in my feet as nerves protested before dying due to lack of oxygen in my bloodstream for them. Support welcome.

Thanks for the support, y'all. It kept me up until 4 am last night, which is not like me. Fortunately, being retired meant that I could sleep in until 11 am today. Miraculously, the CKD pain was all gone except for a headache, which is nothing compared to CKD pain down your legs. I'm so grateful!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
