That kidney damage from a bad psychiatrist who gave me too much Seroquel for PTSD nightmares is the gift that keeps on giving, y'all.  I'm having both neuropathy pain from oxygen-starved nerves and dizziness from my oxygen-starved brain.  It's not helping my PTSD, I can assure you.  I nearly blacked out on the street when I went grocery shopping today.  Support welcome.

have you stocked up on restful activities to help head off those ptsd ruminations? when my chronic conditions disable me, the extra time to ruminate feeds my ptsd symptoms mightily. restful activities help allot with that symptom.

Yeah, MelT2020 got it right, time to make a big change. So today I had a heart to heart talk with my home health care taker, and I won't be going shopping alone ever again. Instead, my groceries will be delivered as MelT2020 said, or I'll be chaperoned to the grocery store.

It's kind of a bummer to surrender my independence like that, but passing out on the street in Mexico all alone would lead to tragedy. We also filled out a card for me to keep in my wallet with my full name and two phone numbers so if I ever do pass out alone in public folks can call my home health care taker. That was sobering, too, but smart.

I'm glad to hear you have a care plan. Very wise!!! I was my mom's caregiver. One day I remember visiting her for lunch, I found her emergency contact card in the hallway in the building where she lived. I never told her I found. I just put it on the kitchen counter. She had enough worries. Please take care and get as much rest as possible.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
