Can’t stop worrying - tough nite

I really can’t stop worrying about everything, can’t stop thinking. I am coming to a point where I’m realizing that it might take a really really really long time to heal a lifetime of trauma, & that’s if I heal, I really want to heal. I want with all my heart to heal physically, mentally & emotionally.
I hope I’m not too broken
I’m moving in a month so I’m stressed, I have to try to find resources in a new area & hopefully doctors that can help me, it’s hard trying to explain the trauma that I been through (not sure I’ve ever fully disclosed everything, but I try my best) I always feel like people are going to judge me & I already have enough trouble with judging myself which makes no sense because there are many things I judge myself for that I couldn’t have controlled but I obsess about the mistakes I’ve made in between not knowing how to deal (example-when I used to drink to try to deal) & I beat myself up for some of the abuse I’ve been through & certain things I been through makes me embarrassed ...idk I’m so hard on myself & constantly beat myself up in my head for EVERYTHING. I would never think anyone deserves to be hurt & have to learn that includes me too. I don’t even know if what I’m writing makes sense but I think I gotta start to work on getting to a point where I can get things out
I’m just going to keep trying even & especially the many scary days that things seem hopeless
There are days that I feel the more I try, the more screwed up I realize I am
I’m sorry if this was all over the place, I feel vulnerable/embarrassed writing this but maybe it’s a step closer to getting to a point where I can get out some of my truths

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Steadying support while you achieve your healing goals. You can do this. Small steps, big faith and lots of prayer (by whatever name).
I’ve been bounced around my entire life it seems but the older I get the harder it becomes to trust new doctors. I find myself confused & panicked jus trying to stay on track and having constantly to block out the internal critic, and the fear of doctors. Like you, I’m prone to ‘self’ blame and criticism.
Moving is overwhelming but the addition of PTSD, Anxiety and it’s mind numbing hypersensitivity is a lot to struggle past.
Wishing you comfort, strength & hugs, LilMissy.
Best wises
Moving in itself is incredibly stressful, and with any extra stressor i think all the other things arise to the forefront of our minds-and for you, unfortunately moving also means finding new doctors, and trying to
explain just where your injuries arose from-which brings on extra fears for you-and certainly, building trust for your new doctors will be so hard-
But,Oh,my friend, you are stronger than you can see from your inner world.
Even simply posting this, reaching out and sharing took such bravery.
As i have said before,i admire your tenacity and perserverance.
Yes,you have a lot to face right now,but we all are here for you.
i encourage you to keep posting,so that we can support you through these huge changes you are about to face.
Please don't beat yourself up or blame yourself for all you have gone through.
Find compassion for yourself,please?
You are a beautiful soul, and yes,Healing is utterly possible for you, even on those days of what seem to be horrible and unending storms-but the wind WILL settle down, and your feet will still be on the ground.
Sorry for all this,if it doesn't make a whole lot of sense,it is early-perhaps i ought not to be writing you yet-but i felt compelled.
i hate how you are suffering-it is unfair, you being so kind and gentle and strong and good.
We are here for you through all this.
Write as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
You are so very very brave,my friend.
(((((((( gentle hugs ))))) & All my support.
silver.
I see the strength in you because you're not giving in and want to heal. I see the courage in you for sharing this so honestly while feeling vulnerable. This is what I see: A brave, kind and strong woman, suffering but persevering.
When I lost hope you said you'd keep up hope for both of us. Now I'm keeping up hope for both of us, (((lilmissy))).
Lots of healing hugs and support.
I happened to move to a city where there was a VA hospital. That's how I got my first therapist who could counsel me on my combat trauma from being raised in a war zone overseas. For 12 years I'd had therapists who were eager to talk to me about the domestic violence and sexual assault I'd survived. But when I brought up the car bombing and 6 years of other combat I'd survived, they just froze up and stared at me. It really wasn't supportive.
This therapist counseled Iraq war vets all the time, vets who'd been through car bombings. So instead of just staring at me mute, when it came up he was all over it, helping me. I had never seen such a cool thing from a therapist before.
So accidentally a move for me went the right way. It's really stressful to move and find new docs, lilmiss, for sure. But I'm hoping you'll bump into somebody who's even better for you than before. It happened to me once. Thinking of you sending supportive vibes.
Your words mean a lot to me & help, I was gonna write more but I’m migraine today so I feel a little foggy
Big hug to everyone <3
I know the feeling all too well.
More hugs.
I’ll still keep fighting for my physical health problems just as much as my mental & emotional health though
Thank you
