Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

I view my own therapy maintenance as part of my spiritual diet. I don't get to skip meals without upsetting the metabolism. I don't need fanatical devotion to a single restaurant, but I do need to eat daily.
I'd get sick of taking it, and when I felt good I wouldn't. Then my body would kick me in the pants for being non-compliant, and I'd go back to taking it again.
The fact that it turned out that I wasn't bipolar after all, just double the PTSD, didn't take away from what I learned from that time. I wish there was a med for PTSD like there is with lithium for bipolar disorder. But there isn't.
So my daily lithium pill for my double case of PTSD is to come here every day for Daily Strength . Yeah, it's a pill sometimes, but I'm glad I have it.
Glad you left...and came back. I know how that goes.
