The hypo-mania seems to be calming. I.F. Only these phases came with clearly marked finish lines....
I speculate the mania is calming because I woke normally two mornings in a row. I had been waking up hyper-alert. That jolting start to the day is a mind-ripper for me. That feel of having a hot electrical wire bouncing through my innards is still there, but it feels more manageable.
I think it is calming, but iron certainties are a symptom of my personal mania...

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

i dont have so often bad wake ups like before, it is better there now
my personal about waking up after more or less sleep, doesnt matter, less sleep make it even worse, actually dont know which part can be worse with more or less sleep and disturbed unclear mind
We are each unique mixes from the day we are born.
Third normal wake up in a row! Waking up without the extreme agitation has yet to save me from the disturbing thoughts part, though... Progress over perfection.
Glad to hear you are continuing to get good rest.
