I made a decision over the weekend. It is in my journal, if anyone cares to know the background, but for this wandering wonder, I don't believe the subject of the decision is what matters. I am wondering about my use of the "But" scenarios during and after the decision making process. But this. But that. But the next thing. But the but of the first this and the next that. Well, but it all, I'm going back to bed. . .
I believe it is a question of balance. Optimisim is great, but disasters happen. Sifting through the if's, and's and but's can help me make contingency plans and prepare for emergencies. Getting lost in the if's, and's and but's can bring on emotional paralysis.
Seeking the balance. . . Personal thoughts, experience and opines welcome.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
