So I use to be close with someone who was very manipulative to the point where everytime they would get angry I would accept that it was my fault when it wasnt. It got to the point where not being around them would get me yelled and snapped at and accused of being a bad person. I was around them so much and through some very bad situations that being away from them became detrimental to me. They would sometimes attack me for no reason. Now just even the thought or mention of their name triggers me. I guess im wondering, do I have PTSD from the relationship that I had with them?
