It seems as if the court date is arriving, my mind is reeling. So many emotions and traumatic memories are coming to mind all at once and it seems that I can not avoid them, no matter how hard I try. My brain has gone into dissociation mode and it does not want to connect together.
It's like a bad movie, replaying over in my head and nobody can really comfort me. I don't know what else I can do but trust and believe that God has a way out. Don't get me wrong, my vacation is taking top priority in my mind but it seems I can not enjoy anything fully. I am so frustrated. I am frustrated that I can not express my true emotions.
I am on the verge of breaking down.
God, please. So much pain in my body, I wonder how humane this pain is?
Psalm 88.

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Write out the repetitive thoughts. Place them into your God Box (or jar, drawer, can, whatever) and prayerfully give them over to God. Repeat as needed.
Don't be discouraged that the vacation is bringing up these loops. It is part of the healing process. The early steps to healing can sometimes be painful but healing DOES happen.
May a healing touch find you today.
It will still be there when you get back from your vacation. Then you will be refreshed and stronger.
there are a lot of good advise here but if you find they are not working ask your doctor about Seroquel, you will not have to take it for long, just until you get things under control again.
all the best
