Sure is great to be feeling hunger again. Even better to be able to read my cravings again.
Only thing is, I've been craving baby food. Going through it like crazy. Logic tells me it is probably easier on my spastic colon, but. . . Seems kinda weird.
Thoughts? Opines? Knowledge?

Baby food makes a great small snack, IMO.
Carrots and peas have been my faves of this go-round. Nummy!!!! Well. . . The toddler oatmeal and apples are awesome, too. Look, mommy, I can eat it all by myself! Some of it even makes it to my mouth!

The biggest for sure is that I blew a knot from my colon last night. Oh what a relief it is!!! Tummy pains suck. Literally as well as figuratively.
