I sure get wordy while I am sorting the yaddahs of my blahs. I write better than I speak, so most of that wordiness comes out in my journals, etc., but written or spoken, babbling is babbling. My word floods come out with all the organization and sensibility of a blown dam.
The babbling, written or spoken, feels cathartic to me, but more and more, I try not to take action until I have achieved a sustainable simplicity. Simplicity is SO-O-O much easier to keep track of and work with. Among my signals that I have achieved simplicity is that the thought is holds steady an peaceful amid the surrounding chaos.
Thoughts? Reality checks?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Pretty good principle applied to pretty complex problems with pretty good success, huh? So I say keep aiming toward the simple, arfie. It will get you through the chaos.
The tent is clean and ready to pack. For my camping nickel, cleaning the tent is the hardest job in the pack camping process. I'm pretty anal about packing dirt. Love my soil and compost, but not in my tent.
Heading for the neighborhood where I found the 12-step community center in Paducah. Ought to be checked in and settled in time for the 6:00 meeting tonight. Plenty of time, though. It's not even noon and traditional motel check in time is not until 3. It is about an hour drive to Paducah.
Just an update. . .
