Thank you everyone, very panicky today. I tried to get my mom to come over for awhile but she kept sayign she was too tired after doing errands which ya i understand she has fibro like i do and chronic pain. At least she talked on teh phone a lot. She got her first ever full blown panic attack on Tuesday and said now she understands them. They only have me on vistrail for them which does nothing really but i take it like im told up to 5 times a day , 4 times during the day then once during the night as needed. I cant stand being so hyper aware of every noise its driving me nuts. Tonights so hard! Nights usually are bu tonights worse.

My prayers go out to you. I was stalked by a man while in college, although no where near the story you have but it vane rushing back after reading your text. I remember having an officer seating in my apartment dorm waiting for him to call while I tried to sleep in the other room. Even everyday noises would have me jumping and don't you dare come up behind me. I don't know if this will help, but after waiting for him to make a move (4weeks) the captain of Atlanta police told me, " we will catch him but you have to decide if your going to let this situation control you or if your going to take back power and be in control" I picked the take control, I used caution but I was ready even though I knew I was being watched. When he finally jumped me while leaving my shift in the mental health ward. I was ready, this sense of strength, power and anger came over me. They had to pull me off of him. I don't remember much but the camera shows me knocking him w my book bag when he fall I had two feet on him and kept hitting. The judge told him he may have has it easier if my friends and the officers got to him first! I have to remind myself I'm sick and keep my freeless feeling in check now. His serving another twenty years in jail. No matter how or what I said gave him permission to assault me. Hang in there, I think your very brace, your in control. My prayers always kimberly

Feeling depressed still from the PTSD. My attacker never spent one minute in jail even, all i got was a PPO i was too terrified for a trial. I hate feeling this way, im so jumpy!

My prayers go out to you! I have had quite a lot of experience with panic attacks and what helps me to be calm is concentrating on my breathing and I pray and listen to soft calming music, i find that when all else fails God never does! I hope that helps!
