I hear you, snow and freezing cold! Spring anyone? Bring it on please!

Me too Muji! I watched as my neighbor came over and helped clear my walk. Then 20 minutes later..mini blizzard. I would love a good game of cribbage...but my dog hasn't mastered that yet.

I want sunny weather and warmth, too. No snow here but it's so cold that going outside is just not not not worth it....

I am soooo sick of being away from sunhine and being stuck in this house.....

And my hubby just stomped on one of my known PTSD triggers... *sigh*

Thanks Blaine! Oh to stick my butt in the sand and feel the water run up to my feet,splashing over my ankles and spraying me with the mist. Then pull way again as I watch and wait for it's return. Warm in the sun but refreshed by the water and the breeze. I think I might stay a few rounds.

Have you given ANY thought at all to trying to prove/disprove the theory that no two snowflakes look exactly alike ??

I can b***h about a WHOLE lot, right now, but ... as I'm in Southern California ... with a view of the ocean ... the weather may be the only thing about which I cannot b***h.

But ... being from (among other places) Michigan, Western New York, and Northern Colorado, I DO know of what you speak :-)

I was frustrated the first 4 days we were snowed in. Now I'm just getting used to it. We're on day 6 and the forecast says another two or three days before the roads are safe to drive.

I hope it clears sooner than that. We're running out of food and the power is going out for 2-3 hours every day. Ugh!

Anyway, I agree with you Muji...the snow sucks. No one was really prepared to be snowed in for a week in February. I'm thinking of walking to the store with a backpack so I can carry some food home tomorrow or Tuesday.

I was just outside, brushing all the "white sand" of my wife truck so I could pull it in the garage so It doesn't get covered in more "white sand" I just can't figure out why my face froze in that "blowing sand"?? LOL Warm thoughts everyone!! :)

environment canada has a snow warning for vancouver, but hopefully it'll skip the islands all together.

This has been one wicked winter... sigh... I'm seeing a lot of people sliding on a downward scale of late... Spring can't get here fast enough for me....
