Once again, today I have lots of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) pain from the kidney damage I told y'all a psychiatrist caused me by overprescribing Seroquel for my PTSD nightmares. I find it hard to concentrate, so I'll catch y'all tomorrow when I can approach posts with a more clear focus.
It seems that my CKD is advancing to the point that on average I have one good day and one bad day, then a good day and a bad day alternating again. That's why I had to take early retirement.
Oh, well, I hope to see the glass half full rather than half empty. In other words, let the good day receive more of my attention than the bad day that follows it, with faith in the return of another good day to come.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
