On my tv set I'm watching a live broadcast of the reading of the names of those who died on 9-11-2001. It's been 14 years, but the reading of the names reminds me that surrounding each name there is a cluster of loved ones who are still working through their grief and, quite possible, PTSD. They're on the same path to recovery that we travel daily, so my prayers for daily strength go out to them, too. Sometimes I can get caught up in my own individual stuff and I forget that we're all in this together. We really are.

the world especially in the last decades have had so much social trauma wars violence I know many folks suffer from ptsd it is epidemic if all of them came to this forum they would have to have hundreds upon hundreds of ptsd rooms maybe a DAILY STRENGTH SITE FOR ALL OF HUMANITY not an easy time in our history I do pray for all of the 9 11 families all those affected and all who suffer today

Prayers upon prayers for all on this day...I still can not watch it on tv...Daily Strength added for this journey to family, loved ones, first responders, the fallen..Amen as well!

On this day.... I sit only a few miles from the "Murder Scene' and that is exactly what it is to me... they came to "Murder our people... and Murder they did" Fourteen years ago.... for days all you could smell was smoke... for miles! For days all we heard on one of the main roads to the "Murder Scene was Emergency Vehicles" My nephew's brother was one of the victims... my daughter's prom date was another victim a Sergeant that worked in our complex was another victim... and the list goes on... so I remember all to well... "The Murder of almost 3,000 people happened on a beautiful sunny day" !!!!
