Wow, it's a CKD neuropathy pain day TODAY. And Tylenol is all I can take for it. Useless, like spitting into the wind. But I'm proud to say that I did well on that bus rise and I got exactly 3km of walking in yesterday, meeting my daily 3km goal on the nose. I'd been sick with a fever and vomiting on top of CKD earlier in the week, so I'm glad I was able to get out and go.

I was light headed yesterday and didn't risk walking and falling down out in the street somewhere. But today I already asked my s/o's teenage kids to walk with me this afternoon just for safety's sake. Fingers crossed.

Those teen kids did walk with me yesterday and I got up and out of the house with them, thankfully. It felt good.

I think I'm over whatever it was that gave me that fever and then weakness all week. Thanks for your support, everybody.

I do wonder if I had COVID. I'm 4 times vaxed, so getting it and getting over it fine would make sense. We'll never know, I guess.

Hmm. I wonder if a COVID test this late after the fact would detect anything, because yesterday I had symptoms again and was sick all afternoon. I feel better now, but it was weird.

I would do the test just so that you know for sure..... I am really suffering with allergies right now

I do every year at this time and they can seem 'cold' like
