Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

As 51% said, it has more to do with my choices than the quality of my personhood. I am working on it. We are all works in progress. Small steps. Cliche, cliche.
May next weekend find you in good company...
I wish people would stop calling things "triggers." It frghtens a person. Call it a wisp of a memory, or a uneasy feeling in your body/mind that you are interested in getting to know what it is. How we label things is critically important.
You are a good person. Enjoy your peace when you have the change. And dig into yourself when you're ready. If you're not ready, tell whatever it is to "Go Away." It works if you say it assuredly, firmly and without fear. Come again some other day when I feel like dealing with you.
Much caring coming your way, and positive thoughts of health, healing and renewal.
Even Jesus had times when he was alone. Its what we do and believe during our a lone time that changes our perception of being a lone. In Matthew 14:23 sets an example for us of what we can do in our alone time. ...Jesus went up on a mountain by Himself to pray; and when it was evening, He was there alone.
The God of the Universe reminds us of His heart for us in Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
There has never been a promise from God that we will not have problems in this world. However, God promises that He will never leave us or forsake us in our times of trouble. Sometimes in my despair it is hard to believe this, but I know and have experienced the love of God whom sustains me and comforts me in my fear.
It is in my solitude that I find my rest in Him. I am not trying to be a preachy kind of person. I just know how God has given me peace in the most traumatic memories of my past when I am alone.
Exercise on a regular basis also helps with our brain/body chemistry which in turns influences both what thoughts we tend to have in our heads and how frequently they occur.
However, nobody can take steps for another person. Each of us have to take them ourselves. The best we can do is whisper gentle encouragements.
I hope you find some amazing new friends, ladydi196
Sometimes it takes a lot to break us out of our shell, but routines or planned activities can help. I hope you find something that works well for you soon. Best wishes always.
