10 Proven Ways to Improve Your Relationship
DavidNRockies
So ... as I sit in a hotel room, a couple thousand miles from home ... having lost /everything/ in what became my Complex Trauma ... I saw this article:
http://shine.yahoo.com/author-blog-posts/10-proven-ways-improve-relationship-222400940.html
I don't know how much of it pertains to me/mine (some, to be sure), but I considered the article, the reference it made to attachment disorders from childhood, and the baggage that we all bring into every relationship....
And hoped that the article could help somebody ... somewhere ... among us :-)
Bullet points and nice little summaries don't take away from the challenge of execution, but ... hey ... ya' gotta' start somewhere, right ?
I wish you all peace, health, strength, and some form of loving relationship, even if ... it's just with ourselves :-)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
with attachment it comes, pleasing, no own ideas, following and doing whatever your partner would like to get, passive submisive person, controled by your partner too
we are doing it in fear that we will stay alone, so we try to keep that person by any means of doings for partener which isnt much appreciated
im not good with relationships but would like to share what i heard from a friend, get first to know person, give him/her chance, dont talk too much about personal life, especialy issues, when another person isnt opening about his not everything personal dont do that either, either partner usually doesnt need to know your life in details before you met him/ her
