wieght loss

We have tried everything to get pregnant...fertility drugs, IUI and IVF..now our doctor has suggested ovarian drilling because PCOs suffers have a thicker ovary linning. I am so sick of all of this.
I have decided to focus on weight loss and feeling better. A life without children can still be a good life.
My question is... does anyone know of a good wieght loss program that is effective?
