I have P.C.O.S and started taking Metformin. I was so positive it would work for me but no so much!
a few months ago I starting taking Vitex after hearing about it on here. Probably T.M.I. but the number of days from the start of my last AF to my next start of AF has been 46, 24, 41 and 28. Big deal to me since I haven't seen a pattern like that since I was on BC.
So look up some info on Vitex. hopefully it will help.
