I am new to the board, so I am just trying to get acquainted with message and discussion boards. I am also looking for some advice and to make some friends who understand what it is like to struggle with PCOS. On to my major concern right now...I was diagnosed about a year and half ago with PCOS. I live in the Charlotte NC area (about 35 minutes west of Charlotte) and am currently looking for a new doctor to help me manage my PCOS. I have been having problems with acne, mood swings,unexplained weight gain, lack of energy, irregular cycles, and overall just feeling lousy. My current doctor does not seem to be sensitive to the issues that I am having. If anyone has any suggestions of treatments, physicians, support groups, or any other general advice, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
