I'm sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with PCOS and it doesn't sound like your doctor is particularly thorough in your treatment. Basically you have to stay away from majority of carbs and sugary foods. Anything that messes with your insulin level. And I'd recommend exercise and lots of it. Hope this helps :-)
