My husband is a saint sometimes, I swear. Most of the time he has no idea why I am acting the way I am acting, but he is patient, and takes it in stride. I am lucky.
I actually got diagnosed with ADHD a few weeks ago (still not to sure about that diagnosis, but oh well) and we put on Vyvanse. I LOVE this stuff. My moods have been very stable since being put on it, and trust me, as a second-time (full-time) college student, I have my fair share of stressful situations. I actually am just coming through my rough time for this cycle and did find that exercising helped a great deal. I had one day in particular that was bad, i was on the verge of tears all day but i went home and made myself workout and by the end of the night I was laughing and joking with my husband. Of course the next day I had come back down but not nearly as bad as i was the day before.
